New product animations

In our constant drive to help you make better informed purchases, we have created an animation of the Bio End Cap to help you visualise the use of the product within your facility.

It contains a brief but informative overview of the product coupled with diagrams that bring the product alive so much more than a static image.

The Bio Tube Applicator:

We are very proud to announce the release of our revolutionary Bio Tube Applicator, a machine with years of development behind it, that is destined to change the way your disposable components are connected.

Our machine will effortlessly connect your components to hosing in a matter of seconds, meaning you can spend less time during assembly.

• Struggling with part assembly?
• Health and safety fears growing?
• Production lead times spiralling?

The differentiating factor with our machine is flexibility. We work especially closely with our clients and create cradles for your products so everything is tailored to your individual requirements.

Here are just a handful of the key benefits it could bring to your manufacturing process:

• Eliminate the need for alcohol based lubricants reducing costs and the environmental impact.

• Potential to reduce production time.

• Potential to reduce risk of RSI and other health problems.

• Crafted from highly durable materials; factory knocks and spills are no longer a concern.

• Highly portable, the tool can be moved around your facility freely.

• Designed with safety in mind to have two-handed operation and a protective shield.

• CE Marked and meets all relevant standards.

• Unit is fully programmed to your exacting specifications for timing and operation.

The BioSelector ®:

We would like to introduce you to the BioSelector ®, our latest cutting edge design tool that allows you to rapidly plan your disposable system designs and share them digitally amongst the workforce.

Your BioSelector ® comes with many drawn items as standard, but we are able to create any components that you wish and add them to your version for use. You can easily create a concept design, adjust it, label it with details and measurements and get feedback from others in a matter of minutes.

And what's more the software is continuously evolving with new features and components being added frequently. We understand the frustration caused to customers by a lack of support, so we offer comprehensive training and help to everyone we work with.

With your BioSelector ®, you won't have to pay expensive drawing fees or try to decipher poor quality hand drawn diagrams, what you see on screen is what you will get. The package offers all the tools necessary to create even the most complex of diagrams and the limit is only that of your imagination.

As you may have noticed by now, we have begun rolling out our new company logo across our range. We feel the new design is crisper, more concise and better fits our corporate aims and those of our customers.

We wanted a logo that sticks in our customers minds as much as our reputation does, and look forward to sharing it with the world.

Industry Review:

Focus on Standardization, Quality by Design, and Regulatory GMP

Every month we will be highlighting some of the latest discussions that are happening in our Industry and affecting all of us. This month we are looking at highlights from the IBC Single-use Applications meeting, the PDA Single-use Workshop and the Bio-Process Systems Alliance International Single-Use Summit combined. Of particular interest is the investigation in to current single-use practice and methods, in order to keep the focus on quality throughout a product life cycle, and not just as an afterthought.
